Sacrificed is finally live on Barnes & Noble. Also the trade paperback is for sale on Amazon and slowly filtering to other bookstores.

So the last little bit of production for 2018 is complete, and I'm gearing up for a fabulous 2019!

Finally, A Modicum of Truth is up on Barnes and Noble's website. Also, the trade paperback version should be available by the end of the week.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed on the second one because Amazon and CreateSpace are merging their databases. As a former IT professional who has dealt with much smaller databases, it's a pain in the ass. Amazon/CreateSpace are looking to integrate MILLIONS of transactions. I feel very sorry for their IT people right now.

An Apology to Nook Users

I'd planned a much more positive post today, but certain things degenerated this week faster than I anticipated.

First of all, my sincere apologies to my readers who use Barnes & Noble to buy ebooks. Over the weekend, they failed to pay not just my royalties due, but several hundred other indie writers that I know of. Further, they waited over sixty hours before issuing any kind of a statement or explanation. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've had a problem with them.

When a company starts paying its vendors late, it's a clear sign that the company is in trouble. As I said, this isn't the first time. As a result, I pulled my books from Barnes & Noble yesterday.

For those of you who prefer the EPUB format, I'm looking into alternative ways/retailers for you to purchase my books in that format.

Again, I apologize for the lack of notice, but this is my career. My livelihood. I needed to cut my losses before things became worse. If you have any questions, post them in comments, or you can contact me privately.

Spreading the Bulldog Love!

I know I promised to have Love, War and a Bulldog (Bloodlines #5.5) up on other sites by December 1st.

Between the Thanksgiving holiday and NaNoWriMo kicking my ass the last weekend, I wanted to wait until Sunday to do the work because I was so damn tired I was afraid I'd screw something up. So of course, I woke up at 4 a.m. Sunday morning with a mild fever, hacking and unable to breath.

After a couple of days of rest, I feel much more coherent, and Love, War and a Bulldog (Bloodlines #5.5) has been uploaded to Barnes & Noble and Smashwords.

Unless you contact me because you buy from Apple and Kobo, I'm not going to load it onto those two retailers (for various reasons I won't get into here).
