LOL It never fails. When I'm working hard to finish a project, some new shiny idea pops into my head. I scribble a few notes and go back to trying to complete Project #1.
Then my subconscious teases me by working on Project #2 in my dreams. I think Neil Gaiman got it right when he showed that Dream is a far more dangerous adversary than Death ever will be.
What do y'all do when temptation strikes, whether it be in the form of new shoes or fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies or whatever your heart desires?
